Celebrate Mother's Day celebrating YOU. Make space and time for YOURSELF.
Experience the essence of presence in the presence of horses. Spend two hours learning to be present with you, yourself, and the spirit of the horse which guides us to look inside and feel.
Participants will learn basic guidance on how to treat their own myofascial restrictions and then partner up with one other participant to learn how to share this valueable tool with loved ones and show others how to help her. Anyone not wishing to partner with a stranger should register with a friend. Each attendee will leave with a minimum 1-3 specific suggestions for treating her fascial system and a treatment tool she can take anywhere.
What to Bring: Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and bring water and a yoga mat/towel.
